Need help with Runiva? Contact us at business@ketcapp.com. We can help with account access, activity recording, subscriptions, privacy requests, safety reports, and technical problems.
Email: business@ketcapp.com
When contacting us, include a short description of the problem and, when relevant, your device model, operating-system version, Runiva app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Apple ID passwords, Google passwords, or other authentication secrets.
Runiva supports sign-in methods such as Apple, Google, and email. If you are unable to sign in, first make sure you are using the same sign-in method that was used when the account was created.
If the problem continues, contact us and tell us which sign-in method you use. Never send us your Apple, Google, or email password.
You can permanently delete your Runiva account directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. The app may ask you to sign in again before deletion for security reasons.
Details about what is deleted and what limited information may remain are described in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the app and need help with an account deletion request, email business@ketcapp.com.
Runiva Pro purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Runiva does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Deleting your Runiva account or uninstalling Runiva does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
If a run or walk is not recording correctly, check the following:
GPS measurements may vary because of buildings, trees, tunnels, weather, device hardware, satellite conditions, or operating-system behavior.
On supported iOS devices, Runiva can write completed workouts to Apple Health and can read height and weight when you explicitly choose to import them. If you allow it, Runiva also reads your heart rate during a run to show your heart rate zones. You control these permissions from your iPhone's Health and privacy settings.
If a Health feature is not working, verify that Runiva has the required Health permissions and that the relevant data type is available on your device.
Runiva installs on your Apple Watch with the iPhone app. You can start a run on the watch and leave your phone behind: the watch records your route, distance, pace, and heart rate, and the run appears in Runiva on your iPhone once the two are back in range. While a watch run is in progress, Runiva on your iPhone shows it live and can pause, resume, or finish it.
Runiva may send notifications for social and activity-related events you have enabled. You can customize notification categories in Runiva and can disable app notifications entirely in your device settings.
If you encounter abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate behavior or content in Runiva, report it in the app. You can also contact us at business@ketcapp.com and include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, content, run, club, comment, or challenge.
Do not use Runiva to report an emergency. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
For questions about your personal information, privacy settings, account deletion, or other privacy rights, review our Privacy Policy or email business@ketcapp.com.
